As someone who’s stuck at home or still working but can’t go to the gym. There this misconception that doing 1 or 2 home workouts a week, will get you the physique and skills that you want right?
So because of that we order a jump rope, some weights, a resistance band, keep eating the same crap we always do and sporadically blend in a workout whenever we feel like it, hoping that if we go about it this way. We will get that dream body and stay fit, without having to go the gym. and try to finish 1 or 2 workouts trying to keep in shape.
And then, we wait..
We wait for our body to lose fat, those muscles become bigger, that belly losing size and for those abs to show themselves.
Unfortunately, they never seem to start showing do they?
