You can return your order up to 90 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 5 working days after we’ve received the rope back from you.
Please note: the rope may of course not have been used.
For a hassle-free return, simply provide us with your order number, specify the items you wish to return, and let us know the reason. We'll promptly generate a return label for you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority
